Privacy

This policy covers otsukai.dev, the Otsukai app at /app, the paid endpoints under /api/paid and the facilitator under /api/facilitator. It says what we see when you use them and what we do with it.

What we do not collect

There is no sign-up, no email, no password and no analytics. We do not set tracking cookies, we do not use advertising pixels and we do not sell or share data with anyone.

What passes through our servers

• Request logs. Our hosting provider records IP addresses, user agents and request paths to run and protect the service. They are kept for up to 30 days.
• Paid calls. When an agent calls a paid endpoint, we receive the request parameters (a stock symbol, a size or an address) and the signed payment. We use them to answer the call and settle the payment, and keep nothing beyond the request log.
• Facilitator. To settle a payment we submit it to the chain. The payment then becomes public onchain data.

What stays in your browser

Agent keys are created in your browser and shown once. They are never sent to us. If you allow it, the app remembers your account address in this browser's local storage; see the cookie policy.

Onchain data

Your account, its deposits, its agents, its payees and every payment receipt are recorded on a public blockchain. Anyone can read them, and nobody can delete them. Use a wallet address you are comfortable making public.

Third parties

Your wallet provider, the chain's RPC endpoint and the block explorer process your requests under their own policies. USDG is issued by Paxos, which can freeze addresses under its own terms.
