Otsukai, the spending account for AI agents

A 0.5% fee on payments, off until the fee vault is set, shared with OTSU stakers.

The fee

FEE_BPS = 50 is a constant: 0.5% of the amount, paid by the account on top of the payment, to the factory's feeVault. The vault can be set once, by the factory owner. Before that, payments carry no fee.

Staking OTSU

OtsukaiStake shares two assets pro-rata to stake. In USDG: the 0.5% fees from every account, and the revenue of Otsukai's own endpoints once their payee is the vault. In ETH: the token's Pons creator fees, claimed by anyone with harvest() once the vault is the creator fee recipient. USDG arrives by plain transfer and is counted by sync(), which anyone can call and which stake, unstake and claim call first.

stake(amount), unstake(amount) at any time. Unstaking never depends on the vault's balances.
claim() pays both assets. earned(user) returns (usdg, eth).
Income that arrives while nothing is staked waits in unallocated() and goes to the next stake.

Current state

The fee is off and the staking vault is not deployed. Payments today move exactly the amount the agent signed.
